The Ministry of Taxes Headquarters Building Construction consists of an office structure (Tower) with 168 m high (44.270 m2 construction area) working areas, gymnasium, restaurant and accommodation areas consisting of 2 basements and 31 normal floors, and a Podium structure consisting of a conference hall, cafeteria and lobby. . While the project reflects the energetic spirit of Baku, it is an exceptional structure that will meet the needs of the ministry employees.
DKM Construction products (REZONEX Modular Vibration Absorber, Zip-Clip Seismic Suspension Sets) were used in the project, and seismic protection and vibration control of non-structural elements were also provided by DKM Construction.
